Responsibilities

·       Responsible for executing the company projects in buildingconstruction which covers.

·       To review project specifications and technical clarifications

·       To prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies

·       To carry out project planning, design, material requisition,cost control, project supervision and documentation

·       To supervise the construction works and coordinate with client’srepresentatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters

·       To target and ensure timely and smooth progress of works

·       To ensure quality of works is achieved and safety &environmental regulations are complied with

·       To ensure project activities complied with the Company’s ISOsystem

Requirements

·       Degree in Civil Structural Engineering recognized by SingaporeProfessional Engineers Board and BCA

·       Minimum 7 years working experience in building construction

·       Use of AutoCAD would be an advantage

·       Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with MicrosoftProject

·       Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of alllevels and teamwork
